To help you plan your holiday in our mobile homes, we have listed answers below to our most commonly asked questions.
Q. Can a mobile home accomadate more than 5 persons comfortably?
A. The simple answer is that a mobile home is designed to comfortably accomadate 4 guests. I have a campbed that I can provide to stretch this number of guests to 5. Guest parties of 6 or more would require both mobiles to be comfortable or to seek single accomadation that can host 6 or more elsewhere.
Q. How do I reserve a mobile home?
A. Please check with site first for availability, bookings must be made in writing and accompanied by the requested deposit of 50% for each week of hire to confirm reservation. Payment arrangements will be discussed at time of booking confirmation.
Full payment being the total week/weeks cost of the mobile home is payable in cash on arrival or by cheque eight weeks prior to arrival, your previous booking deposit of 50% (for each week) is credited to against your outstanding balance. I have been "taken in " on previous occasions and as a result will not accomadate or permit occupancy without full payment.
Q. Does our booking deposit become our damage deposit during our stay?
A. Fair Play --Your mobile home may be checked before your departure. You will be requested to make good any damages.
Q. How many people can the mobile homes cater for?
A. The number of persons occupying a mobile home should not exceed 4 guests. All members of your party must pleasebe stated on the reservation.
Q. What time can we arrive to check into the mobile homes?
A. Check in time is from 1pm onwards (or by arrangement).
Q. What time do we leave our accommodation on the last day of our holiday?
A. Please vacate your accommodation by 12 am on your day of departure to facilitate cleaning for next guests.
Q. What about bedding and linen?
A. We provide bedding and fresh linen.
Home from Home : In each mobile home there is hot/cold water, fridge, cooker, grill, electricity, gas heating, shower, toilet and handbasin with colour TV . We provide cooking items, cutlery, crockery and electric kettle. All you will need to bring are washing up materials, t-towels, towels and toiletries.Q. Are pets allowed?

Q. Indemnity Insurance: Am I covered or insured in any way whilst on the site
A. The site is safe and set in a rural tranquil environment, I will take every care to to make your stay comfortable and safe. The mobiles have fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. Smoking laws and safety concerns prohibit smoking inside the mobile home units. I cannot accept any responsibility for injury or loss to your person or possessions during your stay. Please adhere to safety guidelines. Your booking and acceptance confirms agreement to these conditions.
